1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing in, browsing, or using BestMocks, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. Where you accept additional terms in the product (such as when making a paper public), those terms also apply to that action.
2. Description of Service
BestMocks is an educational platform that provides:
•
Browse and practice question papers across competitive exams and K-12 curricula. Much of the library is free to use.
•
Practice sessions you can start at any time, including subjective questions with AI-assisted evaluation.
•
Live tests: scheduled, hosted timed sessions with objective questions, invite links, and leaderboards showing display names and scores.
•
Save papers and questions, track attempts and progress, and view results after sessions.
•
AI features to generate papers from syllabus or uploaded documents, explain answers, and evaluate responses. These features consume credits.
•
Premium papers and paid subscription tiers (Basic, Plus, Pro) that unlock additional content and benefits.
•
Guest access to browse public papers and discover live tests without signing in. Some actions require an account.
Live tests use limited anti-cheat measures (such as copy and paste restrictions). They do not include camera, microphone, or full proctoring. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
3. User Accounts
Certain features require an account. You may sign in with Google or email and password through Firebase Authentication. You agree to:

Provide accurate information and keep your display name up to date
•
Maintain the security of your sign-in credentials
•
Accept responsibility for activity under your account
•
Notify us promptly of unauthorized access
•
Use one account per person and not share accounts to gain unfair advantage in live tests
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have verifiable parental consent where required by law. We are not liable for losses caused by failure to protect your account.
4. User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of content you create. By uploading or submitting content, you grant BestMocks a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content to operate the service, including AI features you request and public display if you mark content as public.
If you make a paper public, you must accept the public content terms shown in the product at that time. We may remove public content, suspend publishing privileges, or take other action if content violates these Terms or applicable law.
You are responsible for not uploading unnecessary personal information or content you do not have rights to share.
You agree not to:

Upload content that violates law or infringes intellectual property
•
Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the platform
•
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
•
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
•
Cheat in live tests or manipulate leaderboards
•
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
•
Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Refunds
Free-tier users can access much of the paper library. AI features require credits. Credits are included with paid subscription plans and may also be purchased separately.
•
Subscriptions (Basic, Plus, Pro) are billed monthly or annually through Razorpay and include a monthly credit allocation where applicable
•
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
•
You may cancel from your subscription management flow or by contacting support
•
Premium catalog papers may require an active paid tier for non-owners to test or view
•
Price changes will be communicated in advance where required
Premium papers and catalog transparency
When you are signed in and browse papers on BestMocks, the premium papers you can see in browse are the premium papers available on the platform at that time. We do not keep a separate hidden premium library for paying subscribers.
This means:
•
A paid subscription unlocks access to premium papers you can already see in browse. It is not a random bundle or mystery set.
•
Counts and filters in browse reflect the catalog when you view them.
•
We may add new papers or remove papers over time (for example for quality, rights, or legal reasons).
•
Free users may see premium papers in browse but need an active paid plan to use them, unless you own the paper.
•
Guest browsing may not show the same view as a signed-in account.
Subscription benefits are described on the plan page at the time you subscribe. Features and catalog size can change over time, but we do not hide premium papers from signed-in browse to make a subscription look larger than it is.
Refunds: except where required by applicable law, subscription fees and credit purchases are non-refundable once processed. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact hello@bestmocks.com within 7 days with your transaction details. We will review eligible cases at our discretion. Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
The BestMocks platform, including its design, features, branding, and underlying software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Platform-provided papers and materials may be subject to separate copyright or licensing terms shown on the content. You may not:
•
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform itself
•
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
•
Use our trademarks or logos without permission
•
Remove copyright or proprietary notices
7. AI-Generated Content and Evaluation
AI features are assistive tools, not authoritative exam or teaching advice. While we work to improve quality:
•
AI-generated questions, explanations, and evaluations may contain errors
•
OCR on handwritten or image answers may misread text
•
Generation may use web search sources that are not verified by us
•
You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it
•
AI output is not a substitute for official syllabus, coaching, or exam authority guidance
If you copy content to an external AI tool, you do so at your own risk and subject to that tool's terms.
7a. Languages and Automated Translation
Many questions on BestMocks are available in more than one language (for example English and Hindi). Language versions are often produced using automated translation, including AI-assisted translation.
You should know that:
•
Translations are for study convenience. They are not official exam booklets, coaching material, or government publications.
•
Automated translation can be wrong, especially with technical terms, formulas written in text, names, and idioms.
•
We may update or correct translations over time.
BestMocks does not guarantee that any translation is complete, current, or error-free.
8. Third-Party Services
The platform integrates with third-party services, including Firebase (sign-in), Razorpay (payments), and cloud AI providers described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BestMocks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
•
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
•
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
•
We are not responsible for user-generated content, third-party services, connectivity loss during timed tests, or leaderboard display errors
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, fail to pay fees, or harm the platform or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately. We may delete or retain account data as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law. To request voluntary account deletion, email hello@bestmocks.com.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also provide notice in the product. Your continued use of BestMocks after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
